Digital downloads
Our books are digital PDF files delivered instantly by secure download link. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are normally final.
If something goes wrong
If your payment succeeded but you did not receive a working download link, or the file itself is defective, write to hello@naturalhealingchina.com with your order number within 7 days of purchase. We will:
- first try to fix it — usually by reissuing your download link; or
- refund you in full if we cannot deliver a working file.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on PayPal's processing times.
Not covered
We cannot refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind after downloading the file, or because the content was not what you expected — please read the book description carefully before buying, and ask us if anything is unclear.
